GUIDELINES TO RECEIVE FREE TREATMENT PLAN AT I-DENT DENTAL

Step 1: Register information via the form

Step 2: Receive customer information and create dental diagram

After receiving the registration from the patient, I-Dent Dental will call back for consultation and collect necessary information, including oral health status, medical history, and X-ray films if available.
Then, a personalized dental diagram will be created for the patient, from which issues are identified and treatment options are developed.

Based on the oral health condition, patient preferences, and financial capacity, I-Dent Dental will develop a treatment diagram including the implant placement position and specific implant placement method (single implant, full arch with All on 4, All on 5, All on 6, etc.). The type of crown and implant used will also be specified.

Step 3: Calculate total package cost

Based on the treatment diagram, I-Dent Dental will list all necessary services for each tooth position and corresponding implant procedure costs.

The timeline for fixed crown restoration after implant placement will be clearly planned, along with payment options.
