OUR STORY

I-Dent’s story begins with our founder, an experienced professional in the field of dentistry, Dr. Nguyen Hieu Tung. Driven by his fervent passion and enthusiasm for the field of dentistry, Dr. Nguyen Hieu Tung has demonstrated exceptional academic performance since he studied at Ho Chi Minh City University of Medicine and Pharmacy. His outstanding performances earned him a research scholarship at Aix-Marseille University in France.

The over 10 years of intensive training in France led Dr.tung to expose the most advanced dental technologies in the world. Upon his return, Dr.Tung was deeply concerned by the outdated techniques and lack of progress in Vietnamese dentistry compared to global standards. Furthermore, in Viet Nam, there was the scarcity of reputable dental clinics and appropriate treatment options for citizens.

The lack of basic dental knowledge and awareness had led to a general indifference and neglect of dental health among the majority of the population. This, in turn, resulted in severe long-term health consequences, including those experienced within Dr. Tung's own family.

Becoming one of Vietnam's youngest medical doctors following his successful doctoral thesis defense in France, Dr. Tùng was offered numerous opportunities for success abroad. However, driven by a wholehearted love for his homeland, coupled with ardent desire to enhance dentistry in Viet Nam, particularly in the field of implantology, Dr. Tùng returned to Vietnam and pursued his dream.

Dr. Tung's unwavering commitment and aspirations materialized into the establishment and development of I-DENT Dental Clinic in 2014. Over the past 9 years of operation, the relentless efforts of Dr. Tung and his dedicated team of dentists, assistants, and staff at I-DENT have led to the successful completion of over 10,000 implant surgeries, fulfilling smiles and happiness to countless patients.
